Hand and Upper Extremity, Elbow, and Shoulder Surgeon to Treat Patients at Resurgens Marietta Office

Dr. J. Tucker Ammon, specializing in surgery of the hand & upper extremity, elbow, and shoulder, will join Resurgens Orthopaedics, Georgia's largest orthopaedic practice. Dr. Ammon will begin treating patients September 28 at Resurgens Marietta office (adjacent to Kennestone Hospital).

Dr. Ammon completed her medical degree and her residency at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. She completed a fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity at the University of California Irvine/Kaiser Permanente in Orange County, California, and an AO Fellowship in Shoulder/Elbow Service in Zurich, Switzerland. Dr. Ammon is board-eligible through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

At the Marietta office (61 Whitcher Street, Suite 1100, Marietta, GA 30060), Dr. Ammon will join Drs. Ryan C. Chen, Richard W. Cohen, Tapan K. Daftari, Robin L. Dennis, Glenn J. Jonas, John D. Knox, Jr., Douglas W. Lundy, Brian Z. Makhuli, and Thomas M. McQuail.
